Our candidates

At the point of registration, all of our candidates are allocated a dedicated Recruitment Consultant. Each candidate is required to attend an in-depth, structured competency based registration interview with their Recruitment Consultant. The interview is a two way process focused on providing an honest assessment of the candidate’s knowledge, skills and experience.

Candidate Pre-Screening

All candidates registering with Park undergo a thorough pre-screening process.

For candidates looking for permanent work this includes:

  • Identity Verification 
  • Employment Referencing / Proof of Activity - 5 years verified (if the candidate is currently employed and has worked for their current employer for more than 5 years, no referencing is undertaken)
  • Address Confirmation - 2 proofs of address are taken
  • Education & Professional Qualifications - Original certificates viewed and copied


For candidates registering for temporary placements this includes:

  • Identity Verification
  • Employment Referencing / Proof of Activity - 5 years verified
  • Address Confirmation - 2 proofs of address are taken
  • Education & Professional Qualifications - Original certificates viewed and copied
  • Credit Referencing
  • Basic Criminal Record Search completed if the candidate secures a temporary role.
